Fermented in open top fermenters for 7-14 days.
Aged 11 months in 100% French Oak 30% new.
Harvested on 9-25-23 and 10-3-23.

Cherries, raspberries, red roses, supple, baking spices, savoriness, finesse and classy French oak.
