A remarkable sparkling wine composed of 100% Chardonnay. To call it complex is an understatement. Serving it at 45-50 F will unlock aromas and flavors of green apple, tropical fruit, brioche, a touch of citrus, and toasted almond. After thirty-three months on its Méthode Champenoise lees, there is a sense of richness reminiscent of a grower select Champagne.
