2023 Dry Creek Valley Old Vine Zinfandel

$54.00

Winemaker's Notes

A harmonious combo of dry farmed vineyards planted in 1927, 1943 & 1951. 92% Zinfandel, 5% Petite Sirah, 3% Carignane. Fermented in open top fermenters for 10 days. Aged 11 months in 100% French oak 25%, new.

Tasting Notes

Complex Zinberry, ie boysenberry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and cherry. As tasty as the ready to pick grapes on the Zin vine. And excellent subtle French oak layered underneath the Zinberries.

Bonus notes: Elegently brooding core below the sleek and svelte flavors of raspberry, briar patch and white pepper that glide on the polished finish. Drink now through 2033. (T. Fish, 2025)
