This wine was made by destemming the whole berries to open top fermenters and letting non-Saccharomyces and carbonic fermentation take place. Bottled early to preserve the redolent fruitiness from our young vines. Inaugural release, from Teldeschi clone Zinfandel planted on the red soil slope of our estate vineyard.
Tasting of deep blackberries, raspberries, rooibos, Zinberry, floral hints, and zippy tannins that pop in your mouth. Memorable.
