This is a memorable example of Dry Creek Cabernet. Versatile, varietally true, with youthful fruit and classic Cab structure people love. Picked at 24 brix and destemmed into open top tanks for temperature-controlled fermentation. Pressed to barrel and aged in 35% new French oak for 16 months.
