Our version of a CA Sancerre, this wine has notes of key lime and yellow plum with hints of lemongrass. The mouthfeel is refreshing and has a nice round texture. Fermented and aged six months in neutral French oak, partial malolactic fermentation. A fine summer oyster wine!
