2018 Nalle Hopkins Ranch Sparkling is our version of a Blanc de Blancs. Made in the traditional Champagne method with secondary fermentation in this bottle and no dosage at disgorgement (no sugar added), this wine is bright and refreshing with creamy, rich texture from aging 17 months on the yeast.
