Picked at 24 brix and destemmed into open top tanks for temperature-controlled fermentation. Pressed to barrel and aged in 35% new French oak for 16 months.

Creative winemaker, Andrew Nalle, has put together an ultra-hip blend of 60% Estate Zinfandel and 40% Hopkins Ranch Pinot Noir. “Zinberry” fruit and Pinot suppleness are synergistic. Five spice marinated steaks will fit the bill.
